As for fonts, this website is best viewed with the Times New Roman font as the default setting. There are some characters and symbols found in this font used that I use in my writings, so I am guessing that choosing Times New Roman font as your default setting will work best.

Another aspect of fonts must be mentioned, namely the specialized fonts I use for reproducing in my writings Biblical languages. My writings tend to be exegetical in nature, and involve analysis of passages of Scripture in their original languages. I include references to the original languages in my documents, providing transliterations followed by the terms/passages in Greek or Hebrew.

The fonts used for the Hebrew and Greek text in these titles (and in all of my writings) are those provided in BibleWorks, my Bible software program. BibleWorks has a very generous permission statement regarding the use of their fonts: “Any use of the BibleWorks fonts is permitted as long as the font files are not sold or modified, and as long as BibleWorks LLC is openly acknowledged as the copyright holder.” In keeping with BibleWorks’ permission to use their fonts, their official copyright notice is here displayed:

“BWHEBB, BWHEBL, BWTRANSH [Hebrew]; BWGRKL, BWGRKN, and BWGRKI [Greek] Postscript® Type 1 and TrueTypeT fonts Copyright © 1994-2006 BibleWorks, LLC. All rights reserved. These Biblical Greek and Hebrew fonts are used with permission and are from BibleWorks, software for Biblical exegesis and research.”

If you do not have this software program, the Greek and Hebrew characters in my documents will probably appear as gobbledygook. However, if you desire to see the text as I have written it, inclusive of the Greek and Hebrew text, you may download the BibleWorks fonts from their website. Simply go to the BibleWorks fonts page (http://www.bibleworks.com/fonts.html) and follow the instructions.

Then there are other matters pertaining to formatting, such as page setup. This especially pertains to my Berean Fact Sheets. One of the key features of these brief articles is the ability to print them, double-sided, on one sheet of paper, hence the name “Fact Sheets.” It was for this reason (and for the sake of using Hebrew and Greek fonts) that up until recently I offered the documents on my website in PDF format. They are now offered in HTML, but if you would like to have these documents in PDF format, simply contact me here to make your request known.
